You can also survey the degree of satisfaction among your customers concerning your choice of products, your service, the holiday they have just returned from, your price level and many other things.
Via your administration page, you enter questions and possible answers. Your survey is then published on a web page, where your customers can enter their answers.
The module is easily integrated on your website and you can refer to the survey or the analysis of it from your front page, your newsletter, a follow-up mail on the return of your customers etc.
The module is completely dynamic and you decide how many questions you want to ask, how many possible answers you want and whether you want to use free text answer. All answers are collected into a database.
Look through the answers and use them.
All answers are collected on a database and via you administration page you can always see the result of your surveys. It is an advantage to have your answers stored electronically as you can use them for statistics. Later, the given answers can form the basis for new sales promotional activities as well as for changes and general improvements of your products and services.
